What is your minimum order quantity for free delivery?
If you live in the UK, delivery is free on order of 5 products or more. There is a standard delivery charge of £1.40 on order of 4 products or less).

What is the shelf life of your products?
To make sure you get maximum Sogud delishousness, we never send you products that are older than the best before date printed on the packaging. If you have any concerns about the freshness of our products, just let us know by email firstname.lastname@example.org
When will my order arrive?
Deliveries usually take 2 – 3 working days. Deliveries usually take 2 – 3 working days, using Royal Mail Second Class service. If something unavoidable stops your delivery from happening (bad weather or postal strikes, for example) and items haven’t arrived within the delivery timescales, please get in touch and to let us know by emailing email@example.com
How do you calculate UK and International shipping costs?
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay using any credit or debit card as well as throught PayPal. We do not accept cheques or cash.
Are my personal details kept securely?
At Sogud we respect your privacy. Your personal details will not be used in any way that you have not agreed to. We hold all your details on our internal system and we do the best to ensure the security of your personal data. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Are all your products certified gluten free?
Yes, all our products are all certified Gluten Free, which means they have less than 2 parts per million gluten.
Do you have any nut free products?
Yes, we have one nut free product, the very popular Juicy Raspberry and Oat Squares. Why not give it a try!
Do your products have peanuts?
Our products do not contain peanuts. However, our factory does make other lines with peanuts so if you have a peanut allergy it would be best to avoid these.
